Les plats sont dans l’ensemble réussis même s’il y’a quelques petites pistes d’amélioration : les muramaki par 8 c’est beaucoup alors que les nigiri sont par 2, le poulet aigre douce est frit sur la photo mais cuit à la vapeur (?) dans le plat.
